Oh, look, lollipops for dogs, not to mention dog-candy dog biscuits. Now these are what we really call dog treats. This really is a little like candy for your dog. But the Poochie Treats version of dog-treat-candy is made from healthy stuff that makes for happy dogs with healthy gums and shiny coats. These treats are made with peanut butter and carob (the safe chocolate alternative for dogs) coatings over a variety of treats inside. Like rawhide or crunchie cookie & rice treats. Think candy-coated combos for your favorite dog. Our partner relations renegade Jim knows a certain Golden Lab who lives for these treats, and Claudia, a mom in Maryland, thought lollipop dog treats were just the silliest thing she’d ever heard – until her new puppy tried them. Just so you know: these dog treats are really good, but they’re also really healthy. Take our dog-tested peanut butter. Peanut butter is notoriously famous for attracting dogs, but ours has lower sugar and lower levels of chemicals than some well-known people-friendly peanut butter brands, and is also good for adding a smooth sheen to your dog’s fur. (It’s not like we’re feeding your dog Skippy Super Chunk or something.) And our ‘chocolate’ is actually dog-friendly carob, another healthy alternative. Although it tastes like chocolate, it’s lower in calories and caffeine, and unlike chocolate, it won’t raise your dog’s heart rate or adrenaline levels. It’s dog-friendly.
